Meditation, Qi Gong and Yoga

Coeur d’Alene Acupuncture & Holistic Healing / Meditation, Qi Gong and Yoga

Meditation, Qi Gong and Yoga

With whole-person care in mind, we are excited to offer to the Coeur d’Alene and greater community services that potentiate health in a meaningful way. Yoga and Qi Gong are two forms of movement that have well-studied benefits to physical, mental and emotional health and have been practiced by humans over thousands of years.  All classes take place in our downstairs community room at our clinic conveniently located in downtown Coeur d’Alene. For more information on schedule, instructors and cost, please see more information below.

Meditation and Sound Bowl Healing

We currently offer a 1 hour meditation class each month for the greater Coeur d’Alene community; we are not offering yoga at this time. The classes are expansive with tools for you to use for your mental health, including meditation and ending with a sound bowl healing.

“Start taking control of your emotions instead of letting them run your life. Yoga & Meditation are tools you can use to shift your emotional state and make the choices you really want.” – Cyndi Rai
